What type of clear booze would make good jello shots with Grape and Peach jello shots? Grape black and peach orange for halloween?

or its OK to use dark liquor its not going to show up as dark as you would think,

Take the recipe and use half liquor and half water. Believe me, they will taste like crap otherwise. Use 151 Vodka, not Rum. I worked at a state liquor agency in college and people came in every night asking this question. Also, try to find the 'extreme' jello flavors so you cant taste the alcohol as much. The best thing about jello shots is that you cant taste the alcohol and about 45 minutes later you are cashed.

Jello Shots
6 ounces Jello (large package)
16 ounces Water (boiling)
6 ounces Water (cold)
10 ounces Vodka
Mix the jello mix with the boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved and add the cold water and alcohol. Pour the cooling mixture into either shot glasses or paper cups. Shot glasses are more attractive, but drinker can turn the paper cups inside-out to more easily eat the alcoholic jello.

Vodka definatly but dont go cheap try the Three olives vodka they have flavored spirits. The chocolate vodka is great if you take a jar of marischino cherries almost all the juice fill it with the three olives chocolate vodka and let it soak for two weeks.
but try flavored vodka with your jello shots to get an added flavor burst that hides the alchol content.

Vodka works best.
Tequila and lime jello is awesome.
You can do everclear too but you have to cut the alcohol amounts in half or it wont freeze.

I only had those once or twice in strip clubs
it was like $3 for the jello shot and the nice woman would expose her boobs
I don't even remember what they taste like, maybe sort of like milk I think
