if i eat too much chocolate i get the runs :(, now im not allergic to dairy or anything and i dont eat much chocolate at all, when i do eat chocolate and get the runs its either a chocolate bar all in one sitting, or a cup of packaged chocolate pudding and thats it. whats wrong, am i allergic to chocolate or am i allergic to something else?

Since most chocolates now have chemical additives and preservatives that according to the FDA does not need labeling on the package, it is very possible to be allergic to the ingredients that comes along with the chocolates. Best to avoid eating it or if you really want to test the theory, go to Whole Foods and buy their organic chocolate truffles (they're very delicious) and see if you have the same results.

Not all dogs are allergic to chocolate. About 25% of dogs are not allergic, but are allergic if they have like 5lbs are a large amount like that. Same thing for raisons and other things. Some breeds that are usually not allergic to chocolate include: Shephards Border Collies Some Terriers Shelties

You may be allergic to chocolate or it may be a stimulant effect. Can you tolerate caffeine in soft drinks?
