Sorry to say, but no, she's not still a virgin technically. It does not matter whether or not she saw blood. Supposedly you see blood when the hymen is torn the first time you have sex. However, in a large percentage of women, the hymen is already torn or partially torn from activity, tampons, etc.
Lack of blood means nothing...being a virgin means you have never had sexual intercourse. That's the definition of it.

It's possible her hymen wasn't broken, so she would still "technically" be a virgin (although a traumatic experience like rape can profoundly alter her view of sex).
However, her hymen could have been broken at any time by a number of other means - a car accident, horseback-riding, etc, sometimes stretch or tear the hymen, so it isn't an infallible indicator.
However, the real truth is that it is up to her. Some people may say she is, some may say she isn't, but what really matters is how SHE feels about it. Virginity isn't an on/off switch - there are gradations. Encourage her to decide for herself where she is on that line.

Technically when a woman's hymen is broken she is no longer a virgin. So if there was some blood it means her hymen was broken. If not she may be lucky and still have it. However, it is not impossible for a woman to also break her hymen from stretching or playing some types of sports. As far as the idea of virginity being having sex for the first time she is technically still a virgin in my book. Forced sex does not count as sex it counts as a criminal act. Hope this helped.

Well, if she was forced then she never consented to sex and that's rape. It depends how you look at it if she is still a virgin or not. If she never consented, many people consider that still virginal, however, physically she had sex (unwillingly). Also, blood vs. no blood doesn't mean anything, that doesn't happen with every woman her first time.

if she said that he whent all the way then she is probably not a virgin anymore some people are born with out the skin inside that has too brake during sex and wich causes the blood too come and all. so really she is just one of the lucky ones that didnt have too worry about alot of pain and all the blood and crap. but no she is not a virgin anymore she had sex. hope that helps.

No, she is not a virgin. I didn't have blood my first time either because of a hard spill I took when I was young. It is possible to break the hymen without sex.

I really think that she's not a virgin because the she had sex with the man if she liked it or not. Point blank. she done gave up her virginty to a man she didn't want to. I know it's not her fault, but thats the truth. life is painful sometimes

doesn't matter if there was blood or not. if there was intercourse then she had sex an is not a virgin anymore. the only blood that would have been seen would be if he Hymen was broken. it may already have been or it stretched.
