寝るよ! (neru yo) = "(I) will sleep!"
いつも気を付けて (itsumo ki o tsukete) = "always be careful!"
Those are literal translations. The first would be said to express your intentions of going to sleep. The second is said often in parting, maybe like "Drive safe" or something like that.

Neruyo! means "I'm going to sleep."
Itsumo is "always"
Kiwotsukete is "cautious"
Together, they mean, "please always take due cautions"
