I would have to say that there are a lot of likelyhoods and probabilities. Even in fortune telling it's almost always a probability and not a definite prediction. I'm not so sure about straigt up predicting exactness. Obviously the more one knows about a given situation the more easily you can determine the probability of what will happen. That's how "game theory" came to be developed. If you want to have a more likely chance of knowing what's going to happen in the next five minutes pay attention to what's going on around you and use what you already know about the situation at hand.

To some extent, yes... I can predict what's going to happen in 1,000 years too. The sun will rise just as it has for the last few billion years, for example.
