mad cow disease

I guess the thought in this question is becoming a top scientist while studying about mad cow disease which exposes the scientist himself on the risk of getting infected.

If I have some prospective solution to save the world from mad cow's disease, I won't mind having mad cow's disease (regardless of becoming a top scientist or not) . If just for an intention of becoming a top scientist for personal glory without any prospective positive result,I would rather find any other subject that I can possibly yield better contributions.

First of all you spelled scientist wrong and secondly people can not get mad cow disease - hence the name "mad cow". People get Creutzfeldt - Jakob disease and not some bovine disease as you have stated.
