If I am part of Gods real church, The Body of Christ?
Am I Jehovahs witness if I witness to the glory and love of God found in Jesus of Nazareth?
Am I a latter day saint if I am part of the church of Jesus Christ, which is living in the later days?
Am I a Christian Scientist if I love Christ and science (Christ, much more)?
AM I a luthren if I believe that he is a spiritual hero for freeing us from the tyranny of the mega whore?
Am I a Baptist if I was baptized by emersion in the name of the father the son and the wholy spirit?
Am I a Penticostal only because it was in a penticostal church in New Jersy when I first saw the light?
Is The Father, Son and the Holy Spirit one God or not?
Is there one body of Jesus Christ (not the harlot) with him as the head (not the poop) or not?

Provocative, Gypsy Priest, provocative.
Jesus calls us into unity as his followers. Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, Christian Scientists, Lutherans, Baptists, and Pentecostals all pledge themselves, at least nominally, to Jesus as Lord.
The original Christians have defended the Church from heresies from the 1st century to the 21st. Some heresies are simply theological differences, but others drive people into vicious sin (see the Albigensians, for example).
Jesus gave us a simple test to identify Christians: By their fruits you know them.
Today, the clearest fruits for identifying Christians are defense of the right to life and sexual morality. Those who say unloved babies can be killed rather than loved, or that men and woman can degrade sex as an itch to be scratched rather than cherish sex as the faithful intimacy of a husband and wife, do not belong to Jesus.
Interestingly, most of the groups you mention in your poetic questions are pro-life and pro-family.
Cheers,
Bruce

We can look at the thing in two ways:
1. Yes, if Christianity adheres to the idea of ONE GOD, then seems what all denominations are not talking about different gods. This is even true with Islam and Judaism.
2. However, human beings fight for interests, right? So do clergymen. They need followers and donations from them to build their churches. In a modern market-oriented society, best way to appeal the mass is to make one different and distinguished, right? So on priest must claim that he got something cool which all others from other groups don't have. "Catch the thing!" That's one of the most important reasons behind all the reciprocal arguments and fightings between Abrahamic religious denominations. By saying "we all follow the same God", you make no difference, so you got to say "yeah, one God, but only I can interpret God's word in a perfect way faithfully and so have the key to the heaven's front gate".

You are a Christian.
Regardless of whichever denomination, you belong to. You are a Christian, if you follow Christ's ways, teachings and principles. You are a Christian, because you have found that within all rational thinking, that He truly is the Lord, the Son of God.
Being a Christian means you are one with everyone, upholding God's greatest commandment explained by Jesus, "Love God above all, and to love your neighbors as you love yourself."
That even if you are aware that one is from another assembly/organization/group, that you shall accept them as equals,... because we are all Children of God...
