so this guy claims he wanted to go out with me. some days he doesnt say anything. other days hes all on me and wants to talk. like yesterday he was hugging me and telling his guy friends i was going to be his girl. today he only said Hi. he has my number and NEVER CALLS. and then he gave me his new number . i dont understand

maybe he wants a little more interest from you, if he feels like he is the one that's all about you and that your not giving him any attention unless he initiates it then the off days when he doesn't make all the moves, he is giving you an opening to make a move on him, to show affection, or any sign that you are as interested in him as he is you! So give him a call, grab his hand before he reaches for yours, cuddle with him make a move before he does, lean over and kiss him on the neck, its more intimate than the cheek and its not make out status like the lips

He hasn't yet done his homework on human emotions and the feelings of women. He seems to blow hot and cold like a true Gemini, however, he needs to come clean with what he wants with you. He may not know. If he can filter our the chatter of his guy friends, he may then be able to express himself in a more mature manner.
