Syria additionally looks to enable them to be. anybody is hanged in Syria in the event that they protest against the government - it is not race based - all of us would be harshly taken care of in the event that they oppose the dictatorship.

When the British gave the Irish their own country did the IRA say thank you and stop murdering? No and the PKK will not stop until they have been eradicated..Most Kurds just want to get on with their lives and have no wish to have an independent state I have numerous Kurdish friends and they are far happier living in western Turkey with no desire to live in the east.

Hmmm the problem is though how do you define where the borders would be, currently there are large Kurdish populations in Iraq and Turkey amongst others. Are you suggesting that Turkey should give up part of it's lands. That's ok I suppose if you are, but by the way there's rather a large and growing Kurdish population here in the UK too, are we going to have to let them have that too.

How far back in history must we go to justify what we think is "right"? Every individual has the right to exist in peace and gradually, when we finally evolve into a civilized species, borders we no longer matter.
