a performance throttle body will have a bigger bore, sometimes with a straight cut instead of a more restirctive venturi shape. it will let air in faster, and possibly more smootly. you should see better throttle response, a little more power possibly, but probably will not be able to feel much more power. this is one of the later modifications to do, like after a cold air intake, exhaust, cam, chip, injectors, because it doesn't do much on its own, but other mods need more air to reach their potential.

Well if its a bigger tb then its gonna dump more air into your intake manifold. Gonna add a couple hp (maybe 5-10), make throttle response a little better. But when you start adding more stuff, this will compliment everything else.

basically the same thing as an original would do unless you put a performance one on it,then it would feed it more gas, other than that there's only so much it can do,good luck on it.
