I want to know what creditors or skiptracers that appear as inquiries on a credit report participate in third party skip tracing,

Skip tracing is more searching public records, following leads, rechecking references on application, other creditors, newspapers, etc. to track someone down.

If you're looking for a high profile individual, they should be pretty easy to find. It's the low profile ones that are difficult.

I'm sure there are third party skip tracers out there but normally that's just an additional responsibilty of a collector.
