I'm sorry to say sweetie, but if it isn't your period, you could be constipated. Try having A LOT of liquid for a few days. Also, every day, eat foods that aid in healthy digestion. Salads, green veg, and other leafy foods help break down your meals in your stomach.
It's very important to "go" every day, even if it's gross to talk about. The human body can hold up to 10 pounds of feces in your intestine! Nobody wants that in their body...
Eat healthy, drink water, and you should be on the mend.

Yea, I would go get that checked out.
If you eat a lot of spicy food or food that irritates your stomach like drinking milk when you know you are lactose intolerant, this makes the acidity in your stomach work overtime and possibly burn the lining of your stomach which can result in an ulcer.
It's not normal so go get it check out.
Hope you feel better!

It could be a dozen different things, including nothing but a food allergy, stress, or a bad diet. What is your diet like?
Too much coffee or sodas or refined sugars? Can you try to eat super healthy for a couple of weeks and see if that makes any difference?

First< I must tell you, go to a doctor for proper check or diagnosis.
That experience your saying has a lot of possibilities, it might like myself: caused by high protein level in my blood. It really very painful stomach trouble for several days and like effects of constipation. You really have to have a prescription from a doctor, if it s true same as mine, just one of that capsule given to, all the pains and signs subsided like as if nothing happens. so go to the doctor.

Maybe you're not getting enough fiber in your diet. Maybe consider doing a "detox" for a month. Just cut out grease, meats and heavy foods and stick with salads, veggies and foods with a lot of fiber. I have heard of people doing veggie diets for a month to just flush their systems. Maybe that would help you.

Pregnancy, ulcer, gas, acid reflux or just plain old indigestion. See your MD to be sure and safe.
