you were over the Marianas Trench where it would be called Deep Sea fishing? I mean since only the Marianas Trench is the deepest part of any sea?

Deep Sea fishing just means you are fishing towards the bottom, and not more towards the surface as with sea fishing.
When I was a kid ( long time ago ) deep sea/sea fishing meant you where fishing in the ocean and not in fresh water.

Rack another one up for people trying to be politically correct LOL. I am not bald just hair follically deprived/impaired ROGLMAO

No...deep sea fishing is just that it's fishing in DEEP water...it's not called "Deepest Point on the face of the planet fishing" Besides which...there aren't any game fish below the first couple hundred feet max. Most ocean fishing takes place in 1-150 feet of water (and I suspect 150 is in the too deep range)

Deep sea fishing means that you fish on the sea floor not just below the surface. Usually around 200 feet deep.
