theres free burning software no problem .. windows should burn it ... if u need a converter and authoring application though it may be hard to find a free one .. if u want vcd then nero would be the way to go probably ..

i believe limewire is a free one but i herd it messes with the comp cause your sharing stuff so not recomended fro a lot of downloading but a now and then download is fine.
