Yes. They are bad people. I'm surprised somebody hasn't burned the church down with Fred Phelps and his inbred congregation in it. But I believe that it will happen eventually. I'm sorry, but when it does I'm gonna laugh.

I absolutely believe that Fred Phelps is evil. Some of his followers may be...I think many are just brainwashed/misled.
But Phelps himself is evil. And a hypocrite. He decries all things "perverted", yet he allowed himself to be interviewed by -- and the interview published in -- PENTHOUSE.

Depends on your concept of evil. Evil to me is weed being illegal. Evil is harming a child. Evil is lying. Evil is greed. Evil is brainwashing. Evil is controlling others. That about sums up evil for me. So, given this, I would have to say that church is evil. It harms, it lies and it brainwashes, oh! And, they are oh so greedy.

One thing I noticed about this "church" is that people focus a lot more on its anti-gay themes than on its anti-Catholic themes, even though its anti-Catholicism is just as bad as its anti-gay stance.
