Probably not much. Keep in mind that you may not get an adequate degree in anything at LU (especially biology) because there are a lot of things that they are going to refuse to teach. However, they are one of the few accredited Christian schools, although it puzzles me has to how.
My cousin went to LU. Her biology textbook did not offer any alternative views, like evolution, etc., but the creation story per book of Genesis. Like that could be used in the real world. She majored in nursing and wouldn't have even known how to give a shot if some nurses at a nursing home she interned at hadn't taught her. But--she was more patient and kinder than others were with the more demanding patients. I don't attribute that to LU, though. She's always been a sweet person.
If I were you, I'd look to get a biology degree from a secular university. You'd learn more.

Usually, less than 250. They've been known to accept scores of up to 300 if the applicant professes a lack of belief in the Big Bang, though.

Apparently they won't accept anything above a certain score but I am not sure what that score is. It must be pretty low though.
