I-M-B, the indians of Brazil have reserves in which they can preserve their way of life. In the state of Roraima the indians have 40% of the land even though they're only 2% of the population.

I don't know why Turks don't want to recognize Kurdish as their patiots!
Believe me, thats no harm!
In Iran Kurdish have official TV channels and Radio stations in their regions, Azeris do so, Gilakis also do so and...
Of course their children don't learn their language in schools of their regions, but books are published that are welcomed. They have demands on learning their mother tongue in schools, but no one calls them "traitor"s for that. However official language is Farsi.
But anyway other languages are not blocked.
Turks, don't you claim Turkey is better than Iran? So prove it by giving different groups of people freedom!

What exactly IS the problem? I know I shouldn't answer a question with a question, but I don't see how any of that solves any existing problem.
In order for any nation to make Kurdish an official language, Kurds must first make it an official language among themselves. There are maybe 5 or 6 dialects of Kurdish which aren't exactly interchangeable.
Anyway, there's a lot more to it than just language and television shows. I mean, "Bayani BaÅ" doesnt exactly make the Kurds no longer part of Iraq.

If we lived in a Utopia, for the time being and until we get civilized it would make sense to set aside false pride and create a Kurdistan out of some the areas in the various nations that the Kurds live. Border assignations have been done in the past and with a rational consensus that can be done again. Part of today's problems exist because the border decisions in the past were arbitrary and created not by the parties involved but rather by the "great poweres" to suit them and not the locals. Re: Iraq created by the Brits as were practically all of the African Continent.

The system in the US can be done actually. Spanish is a second language there. But the kids must be given a chance to learn turkish. Must do a referandum. Kurdish is quite different language than turkish. This will be kind of problematic.
We must do it out of respect to our loyal kurdish population, not because of pressure from PKK. We'll take care of PKK, don't you worry about that.

There is no problem with kurds. Problem is kurd terrorists. Why don't you understand . We are living with kurds , cerkez, azeri , laz all together. There is no place only belongs to kurds in Turkey.
Kurdish is an only a local language. Even 2 kurd from different areas doesn't understand each other. No dictionary no letter no novel in kurdish. But if any one want to learn it he/she may learn.
We have radio and TV programs for them. But ofcourse I wont let propaganda of terrorism on that media.
You are still looking these events too far a way. This terrorists are entering from Iraq and killing Turks. These are soldiers , teachers, civilians , also kurds and baby-es more than 20 years. And they killed 35.000 people. Is this only a number for you.
You may believe what ever you want. But we are living with it. And we will stop that blood with killing all these terrorists and their feeders.
Wait and see.

In Senegal too, we have a similar problem, with the terrorists of Casamance province.
Those terrorists have killed some Senegalese soldiers, and of course we punished the terrorists.
This problem concerns only my country, so I wouldn't be glad if a foreigner would give us "advice" or"solutions".
That's why I can understand the Turks...Let's just let them work out this internal issue themselves.
