Burlap fabric (like coffee bags) for seat covers would be fun.

A row of hooks with coffee cups hung around the top of the room (like a wall paper border) might look nice and everyone has too many coffee cups! I see them at garage sales for a dime.

Naturally, the centerpiece should be one (or more) coffeepot with fresh flowers, or just a very pretty bowl with coffee beans. Wonderfully fragrant!

Decorate one wall with a big blackboard (or paint one on the wall using blackboard paint) to list the "House Blends"

Decorate another wall with a shelf and a collection of china cream and sugar dishes. All the resale places have them cheaply.

Spoon racks are inexpensive at resale places, too and coffee spoons fit into the theme.

Depends on what you mean by a 'coffee theme'.
If you have dark red, and dark brown [ coffee ], then add some cream or off white, and gold [ brass ] accessories to lighten up the room a bit. [ table runner/cloth/placemats, chair cushions, centerpiece, mirror across from window or china closet, paintings ].
Be sure at least one color is same as LR [ drapes/carpet? ], and another same as kitchen [ walls/cupboards/ ], to coordinate.

Just buy some hand towels and pot holders. Hang one set out like hang one hand towel out to dry off hands and hang the pot holder on a small nail on the wall. If you have Hutch or Baker Rack you can display some coffee mugs. Also if you go with Dark Red walls try to do black trim.

Maybe wood floors or wood simulated vinyl flooring. Here are some kitchen pictures for design ideas.
