It is Fallopia japonica = Polygonum cuspidatum, Reynoutria japonica, fam. Polygonaceae, the japanese knotweed; here you find a lot of photos to confirm:

It was introduced to North America and Europe at the end of the 19th century, as ornamental plant and - in cause of its fast growing and wide spreading roots - to prevent erosion of soil, escaped from the gardens to nature and is now cosidered as invasive plant.

Yes, that's Japanese Knotweed. It's an invasive exotic plant, and will take over an area and force out other plants.

Looks to me like Japanese Knotweed; a very invasive and hard-to-eradicate pest.

It would help if you put where they are growing and what season. One looks familiar but im not sure because of where it might be growing.
