My cousin knows a guy who faked injury at work and is trying to sue his employers ins. co. What should be done?Who could he contact to report?

You can send an annonymous letter to the employer giving them the information. When it gets to lawsuit time many insurance companies hire private investigators and these frauds get caught. All of us pay higher prices and insurance rates because of these bozos who try to cheat insurance companies.

The company that your cousins friend works for, can always request a doctor of their own to examine the man.
however this doesn't always work.
my neighbor recieved a settlement claiming she hurt her leg and neck, while bending over to pick up a file off the floor.
contact the company and advise them of the info you have and tell them to request a doctor to see if this guy had a pre-existing injury.

It's a cycle the insurance company rips off regular honest citizens and you rip off the insurance company.

he will get caught,they dont just hand out money anymore,insurance companies have investegators..........
