I set up my email server's IMAP through Outlook 2003. Previously, I had been using POP3, but I love IMAP because it keeps everything synched (my email's web-based access, Outlook, and Mobile). The only gripe is how incoming messages to Gmail flow into the "IMAP Inbox", but when I send items, they show up in "Sent Items" in my Oultook Personal Folders. The "Inbox" in my Personal Folders remains empty. Is there any way to have my IMAP Inbox synch (or whatever you want to call it) with the Personal Folders inbox so everything is in one place?

It seems as though only POP3 access utilizes the Personal Folder Inbox.

Thanks!

You should be able to write a Rule then whenever an e-mail is received in the IMAP inbox it is moved to the Personal Folders inbox automatically.

While I don't have the problem as I don't use Outlook 2003 with IMAP, there should be some kind of setting where you can map your Personal Inbox to the IMAP Inbox, and map the Sent Items to the IMAP Sent Items mailbox.

I had this same exact issue mapping to another IMAP server and using Apple Mail. When I would compose a message in Apple Mail, it would write to it's local Sent Items folder, and not the IMAP Sent Items. There was a setting to on my local Sent Items to "Use this at Sent Items Mailbox".

from time to time, in case your associates are not to any extent further listed on your address e book, the e-mail is going to the majority folder, examine there for the present ones. The previous ones get deleted after distinct days. also, upload your associates for your address e book for destiny emails.
