No idea how to stop it. I was sleepwalking in Spain and almost walked into an open lift shaft!!! Scary..... I was suffering from a dodgy tummy at the time and had a bit of a temperature!

My 36 year old daughter still does. She has gone into the bathroom and put the shower on. It was cold. She woke everyone. Even worse has locked herself out of the house with no clothes on. Fortunately it doesn't often happen and usually when she is ill.

I don't but my brother has for all of his life. Sleep walk and sleep talk and even wanting to go somewhere in his sleep. It would freak out my mom. She thought there was something wrong with him for along time

Its something he'll out grow. Reduce his stress, and help him get more sleep. Stress makes it happen more often.
