I translated it as:

"Following an old saying, in Toluca there are only two stations to the year: winter and the train station."

I know this is WRONG. I would like you to correct my ENGLISH translation.

The old saying looses its meaning in english because the same spanish word "estaciones" is translated as :
* seasons : when referring to weather seasons (spring, summer, fall, winter) (trains does not have seasons)
or
* stations: when reffering to the locations where the train or other transportation like buses stops. (winter is not a station).

In anyway you translate the old saying, it won't work in english.
