Delegate responsibility for your weight loss to someone else. You won't get any thinner, but at least you can blame someone else for it then.

Continue eating what you like. BUT only when you are hungry and eat slowly. You WILL lose weight, as long as you only eat when you are hungry and slow down. It takes about 20 minutes for the brain to get the message of "fullness", that is why if you are a fast eater, you will eat more than you need.
Another trick: use chopsticks! not a joke, they really slow you down, and/or, you get fed up BEFORE you have overeaten.

You want to change without changing?
The simplest thing you can do is eat fewer calories. Cutting 500 calories a day will allow you to lose 1lb a week (1lb=3500 calories).
Just make some different choices - the low cal version of the thing yoy want to eat - it can make a difference.
You can also get lipo - but that's really expensive.

They are no easy ways to lose weight. The saying NO PAIN NO GAIN rings true here.
One can't cheat nature. On this note I can't answer this question but I will be happy to help if you need help losing FAT not WEIGHT!
Its the FAT you need to get rid off not WEIGHT because you can easily gain back the WEIGHT!

your not gonna be able to lose weight without changing what you do and eat but you can lose weight without it being an unpleasant thing.
Get food that you normally get but low calorie, fat free, sugar free stuff instead, exercise more etc.

The ONLY way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet and do regular exercise. What is it with people who want something but are not prepared to do the work to get it? That's just plain laziness... are you American?
