NO....TOTALLY ILLEGAL and a Federal Offense (BATF). It is illegal to make/manufacture thru the use of any Class III parts, any conversion that would make a semi-automatic firearm into a fully automatic firearm (Machine Gun)

Punishable by Jail time/Fine or BOTH.....

Not unless you register it with the BATF. You have to get a permit to fill out from the Cops or a place that has a Class 3 license. And then they only really allow them in certain states.
Once you fill out the form, you have to get a signature from your chief of police saying you are a good person. Then you pay a $250 tax and send in the paper. It will take 3-4 months to get the results back, but if you are accepted you can put anything you want on it. Failure to do so could land you up to 10 in prison and/or a $250,000 fine

You are not allowed to make a semi-automotic weapon fully automatic legally. the only way you may own a full auto is to have a class 3 tax stamp. than you are allowed to purchase a fully automatic one, as long as it was made prior to 1986. that is the only way i can think of to own a full auto.

Nope....you'll have to get a Class III federal license for a couple hundred bucks and a background check to possess one and fire away. If you get the chance, go to the Knob Creek shoot in Kentucky....once or twice a year they get a bunch of people together to fire machime guns and chain guns and such...you can even rent one for a while. Awesome!!

No, Full Auto receivers are not legal to own without the proper federal licenses. If you have a Class III FFL, then you can probably do it.

Unless your firearm is registered as a class III weapon, ANY select fire parts will make the firearm illegal and subject to confiscation by authoritys. Also you'll spend several thousand dollars in lawyers fee's, possible 25,000 dollar fines and jail time. Is it worth it to you?

First off, you would have to get the proper license to do this. Depending on were you live, it still might not be legal. The government is pretty strict on Full-Auto firearms.

I think you need a special permit to own a fully automatic weapon. And personally I don't know why the hell you would want to. You can fire plenty of rounds from a semi auto pretty damn fast.

Like you really NEED those 30 rounds a second. Gosh, you are such a sportsman. Let me guess, you use dynamite to fish too.
