i think so because there are plenty of catholic churches in mexico and no mosques or temples and some protestant churches. so the majority says that there is around 80% mexicans are catholic. i don't really know about the ROMAN catholics.

Yes. In 1970, 96.2 percent of the population five years of age and older identified itself as Roman Catholic.

Yes, as well as many countries in South America. They are descendants of Spaniards, who were Roman Catholic.

Liturgies are not dogmas. One can reject either the current liturgy or the pre-Vatican II liturgy, or any of the dozens of others that have existed during the history of the Church, yet still be Catholic as long as you accept the infallible doctrinal truths of the Church. Of course rejecting a form of the Mass that the Church approves is damaging to the unity of the Church, but it does not constitute rejection of the faith. Of course those who go overboard in that direction, following a schismatic bishop and rejecting the authority of the Pope are indeed non-Catholic.

I'm not sure. I think a lot are probably Catholic. But, the ones I know are Pentecostal. Good luck. 2D

Yes, but more and more are coming to the Lord and falling away from that religious system of works.
Praise be to His Holy name.
