I already did the interview and everything went okay. I've been told many times from other interviews this "we will go over your papers and see if you fit this job and then we will call" I usually don't get a call. Do you know if I got the best buy job, I think I did okay in the interview, how long does it take them to call?

There are various sites on the internet that will give you pointers on how to interview well. Everything from how to do a resume (if it is your first job you still need a resume based on school accomplishments), letters of recommendation, how to dress and present yourself, and what kind of questions to be prepared for. If you have had many interviews without positive results, it sounds like there could be room for improvement.

Send them a thank you note and then call them to see if a decision has been made. The statement you got after the interview sounds like a stock "thanks but no thanks" reply. If they were really interested it would have been much different.
