pop some cream in a pan and add your lemon juice to taste. now put it on the stove and boil it until it has reduced in volume and is thick and creamy, it should nicely cover the back of a wooden spoon. now take it off the heat and whisk in a couple of small cubes of COLD butter, it must be cold or the sauce will split. season with salt and pepper and add your dill at the last minute before serving so it is still lovely and fresh and doesn't discolour. that's all there is to it, good luck!

I'd reduce the liquid right down and serve it as a sauce for the fish. Be careful adding milk or cream as the lemon juice may make it split.

add some flour to make a gravy like substance or mix the sauce with some rice or pour over some pasta. use it to grill vegtables the next night.

Well maybe you could add cream into it and see what happens...maybe add a bit of garlic and it could give you an alfredo of some sort. The paprika is hard to work with.

Try spooning it onto your bread and toasting or serving it alongside your fish in a separate little rameken or something.
