you cant tell. but even though action speaks louder. you cant trust what you saw. the best thing is to ask. communicate.

I ask. We talk about it. I dont just out and ask her in applebees or walmart and say hey you me girl boy friends now. I usually have an intimate tlak i prefer deeper relationships and if she is not ready for that or doesnt want that kind its good i find out before my feelings are deeply involved. I have a lot of female friends and a excellent girlfriend we talked in bed about where our relationship was going i told her what i wanted from a girl and she asked if she thought i was that person and i said definately i guess we didnt say it say it....but i guess we knew when she was on the phone telling her girlfriend where she was out with her boyfriend...yupperz

Yeah, it is best to ask because someone who is with you for short period may not officially say that you are his gf. It can be an unstated exclusive situation as he does not want to bring it up so soon considering you two are only together for a short time. It wouldn't be appropriate to bring up at that stage.

If I were you, I would like that to defined, stated, and clarified. Because 1. If I am not your girlfriend. I need to know - so that I am not giving you all the benefits, that I would give my bf if I am not. Second, If we are not bf&gf than what are we? So I can decide if that is ok with me. No assuming in relationships! ASK!

Usually people ask the other for exclusive relationships. Regardless of age, it is always nice to ask and be asked.

In 20's or 30's you don't ask to be girlfriend or boyfriend. It naturally happens after the first kiss...and whatever else happens from there. Just think, if you would get hurt if he went out with someone else or kissed someone else, then you shouldn't do it either and therefore, you are a couple

some men are too shy to say it... some men are meant not to say it... so I think you'd better ask his clarification to where the relationship points to ?
