Love adds energy, hate drains energy. Love is empowering and hate destroys. Love is much easier.

Hate is easier because you are protected by a wall, love is harder because you have to bear your heart and soul.

Unfortunately, too many hate.

It is much easier to hate.

To love, one must give of oneself. That not only is difficult but goes against the basic nature of man

Easier to love. I tend to love people very easily indeed. Possibly too easily, as I trust them when they are not always trustworthy. Hate takes too much energy and attention, knots up my stomach and hurts me.

I have to say both aren't easy...as they both demand very strong feelings, determination and devotion. However, i believe that human is born with an instinct of love. It is by human nature or this very instinct that a baby instinctively love his/her newfound mother. Humans are born to love. People who choose to hate is going against men's original state of creation. From this, we can say that it is harder to hate as it is against human nature...that is to live in love and harmony. When you choose to hate, you are definitely conquered by the evil or a negative force that is fighting to win over the love or goodness that has been nurtured in you ever since your birth. So my answer is...LOVE.

Easier to hate. Harder to Love because you must love yourself first then others. You must respect others and forgive them their shortcomings. It is easier to just hate them and not show them what they do is forgiven!

I think both are easy, but hate is easier to do, but harder to maintain for any length of time.

Depends on your definition of hate and love. Love is rejoicing in the truth (1 Corinthians 13). Hate involves embracing lies and rejecting truth.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
