what I learned that allergic is common and genetic.... to overcome you have to know WHAT is the causes...

they could be cold weather, cigarette smoke, dusts, derivative causes like coughing etc...

most common allergies that are not seasonal are: house dust, dust mites, mold, mildew, car exhaust, tobacco smoke, pet dander. There are many others, too numerous really to list, but those are the most common. Most allergic reactions to environmental stuff include itcy irritated eyes, sneezing, coughing and puritis (itchy skin). I suggest you see an allergist and find out exactly what you are allergic too thru testing, then you can take appropriate steps to eliminating as many of those things you are allergic to as possible, and also recieve additional help in the form of medications to minimize your symptoms.
