*rasin nut bran cereal w/fat free milk?
-this is nothing but sugar it will not give you long lasting energy, it will disrupt insulin levels drastically and most likely cause you to crash
*two banana's with 8 oz of fat free milk and a banana shake packet (for flavor) blended w/ice to make a smoothie
-this is nothing but sugar with a little protein it will not give you long lasting energy, it will disrupt insulin levels drastically and most likely cause you to crash
*or a egg sandwich
1egg,1 slice of fat free ham, 1 slice of fat free cheese, and 2 slices of whole wheat toast
- this is by far the best solution. whole foods keep you satisfied longer than liquids which help to curb overeating. although I would 86 the whole wheat toast and consume a small bowl of whole oatmeal. whole wheat bread is still a processed carbohydrate and it not truly healthy..
none of them will keep you going until 5 or 6. the digestion time off all of the meals that you have listed is around 2.5 hours.

I would go with the egg, slice of ham and cheese on whole wheat toast. There is more protein in this meal than there would be in the others. There was a study done by Mens Health Magazine about what foods would give you more energy at breakfast to keep you going all day. An overwhelming percentage of men and women were more active and showed more awareness throughout the morning who ate more protein opposed to those who ate more carbohydrates. If you wanted to make it a little healthier than the ham, try to substitute turkey sausage. You can find it in most grocery stores and it's 98% fat free.

I would pick the egg sandwich....but you really need to eat more often throughout the day to make it until 5 or 6 in the evening.

I recently completed LA Weight Loss and they highly recommend having protein in the morning because it gets your metabolism going. An egg sandwich would probably be the best.
Enjoy your breakfast!

The egg sandwich will definitely hold you up longer because of the bread being more filling than the cereal or bananas.
That sounds yummy too. Enjoy!

Egg sandwich - you'd get some protein and the fiber in the whole wheat toast should help you feel full.

If you need this to last you until 5PM, you better choose the egg, ham, cheese and bread. It appears to have the most protein which will hold you over longer than anything.

They all sound like they have the sam eamount of fat. I love meat and would eat the egg sandwhich, try using turkey meat less fat. Also you should try eating 5 small meals a day, and not 1 meal in the morning and dinner. Not good.
