Why are soo many people unfaithful in this decade?

I know soo many girls that cheat on their men and vice versa and the sad part is no one admits it but it goes on all the time. it's quite obvious. what happend to sticking to the one person instead of sleeping with 3 other people?

That is the decay of morals in our world . I think ppl are not raising their kids with any manners and morals these days and that is what happens when you dont raise your children with morals. good luck .

At one time society was Hellenistic--the time of the Anceint Greeks is a prime example. In that era it was common to have multiple partners and it was considered perfectly moral to do so.

Christianty emerged and with it a moral shift towards manogamy.

It's just a switching from moral codes. People are extremely driven by moral conditioning these days. You clearly have a moral compass that gears you toward manogamy--have one partner and being faithful to them. These other people may not be so inclined and are attempting to rebel against moral and social conditioning.

Perhaps society is on the verge another transition where people revert to a more Hellenistic society? Who knows?

Human beings are social-animals. That is way the majority like to be around other people. If we hang around or see to much of a person we tend to get bored.(when we are young)

Religion and society have DICTATED to us about being monogamous ;meaning being with one person. As young adults 16-30, all we want to do is learn,do and experience.( Why should young-adults confined them-self to one person, when there is so much out there to be learned, done and experienced****. LEAVE the monogamous relationships to the OLDER folks. Don't tie your self down when you are young, enjoy life to the fullest. So when you become OLD, then a monogamous relationship will be more fulfilling cause you DONE it all.

Any how...to summarize, enjoy life when your young, Carpe Diem!...just be respectful to your partner if they chose a monogamous relationship and seek other like minded individuals...be straight forward with your partner on what your needs are and what you expect in a relationship... If you want a good girl...look for a person that acts within those values and norms... the way they carry them self publicly is the same way they manage there relationship in private. You can tell a lot by what people, do, say and act.

...I'd ask the same questions of my most recent ex girlfriend of five years really...but unfortunately she's not interested in being in an exclusive or self abiding relationship with a committed foolish minded "just wanna be with one gal" kinda man like me seriously. She has decided that all men are her oysters....for now. Oh well...that's her choice of freedom I suppose....not mine! BTW?...cheaters and liars simply suck.
