Jesus Christ was not a vegetarian; texts in:
Mark 2:15,16 = "And it came to pass, that, as Jesus sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners also together with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed him. And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples: How is it that he eat with publicans and sinners."
Luke 24:42 = "And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb."
God and Jesus want their believers to eat the clean meat of the Bible. The Clean and Unclean Meats are found in Lev.11 and Deut.14.
TEXTS THAT INVOLVE THE CLEAN AND UNCLEAN MEATS:
GEN.18:7-8; EXOD.16:12,13; LEV.11; 20:25; DEUT.14; ISAIAH 66:17; EZEK.22:26; DAN.1:8; MATT.3:4; LUKE 24:41-43; ACTS 10:10-14; 1COR.3:16-17; 9:27; 2COR.6:17; AND REV.21:8.

1) No
2) He lived by the Sea of Galilee and hung out with fishermen. You do the math.
3) God has no rules for what we should eat:
Acts 10:9 The next day, as they went on their journey and drew near the city, Peter went up on the housetop to pray, about the sixth hour. 10 Then he became very hungry and wanted to eat; but while they made ready, he fell into a trance 11 and saw heaven opened and an object like a great sheet bound at the four corners, descending to him and let down to the earth. 12 In it were all kinds of four-footed animals of he earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air. 13 And a voice came to him, "Rise, Peter; kill and eat." 14 But Peter said, "Not so, Lord! For I have never eaten anything common or unclean." 15 And a voice spoke to him again the second time, "What God has cleansed you must not call common." 16 This was done three times. And the object was taken up into heaven again. Acts 10:9-16 NKJV

Some books and links to read...the Bible has many passages referring to what is good for nutrition and health especially in the OT with regards to clean and unclean animals and bread being good for the heart, etc...
Jesus did eat meat or fish so He was not vegetarian...He probably just ate whatever the diet was in His area.
God initially gave plants and fruit to Adam and Eve to eat as there was no sin or death in the beginning....no creatures needed to be killed for them to eat.
