I've just moved into my boat, which has two sliding doors about 1 1/2 feet above the waterline, I always used to spend lots of time on it anyway over the years, because it's a point of utter rest and relaxation even though it's in the middle of the city.
Nothing sleeps as well as a very gently rocking boat.
About 3 years ago I was visited by a family of swans, the 2 parents and their 3 young. I used to feed them my old bread.
One of them was a bit of a cheeky one ( the little runt of the litter ) and eventually I fed him by hand, he just gently grabs the bread out of my hand..... No other swan does that.
Now 3 years later he's become a swan 'with attitude'. he swims up to my boat, sticks its neck in, if the door is open,
and just vocally demands his slice of bread.
Tourists love it when they see it, but it doesn't work with others, he'll accept bread from me handfed but won't accept it
from anybody else.
This morning I left very early, so I was locking up the boat, and he came up but I didn't feel like getting back in and get his bread.
He wasn't happy about that , grabbed my pants and tugged on them showing his displeasure, I thought that was hilarious , I fed him later ,but he did act "insulted" all day.( he really sulked )
If he knows I'm in he actually knocks with his beak on the door, and makes very sure I know he's there.
Long story, sorry 'bout that, But it felt great .
Have a wonderful day ( evening ) yourself Moon :)

When my 3 year old says something like, "Mommy, back when I used to be an egg I began to eat myself." lol

Or when my almost 2 year old pipes up in the grocery store and says, clear as a bell for a change, "Go away, mommy! Right now!" while grinning and waving her hands down the aisle.

I probably laugh at the antics of my kids more than anything else.

OOh! I agree with Kat! It is SO hilarious when people fall!!! Especially when skiing because then the snow goes everywhere and their equipment flies in all directions. Yeah yeah, I'm a total meanypants.

From the minute I get up until I go to bed, my soulmate makes me laugh at least half a dozen times by his silly, stupid comments that bring nothing but joy and bliss to my life!

I like to pretend like I am really upset when I'm driving. It always makes other drivers extremely happy, and makes me laugh after I drive away
