I have my first tattoo when I was 15 and now I want another one. I am 16 and I don't care about what people react to my tattoo. I wonder if you think it's wrong to have tattoo when you are 16?

There are so many things that I did and liked when I was your age that I am glad as hell that I didn't get a tat back then God only knows what I would have on my body now. In my opinion not that you care so why your asking I don't know, your way too young. But do what you want I would suggest however to make sure that it doesn't show cause right now you may think your gonna be a rock star when your older but chances are that won't happen so if you tattoo shows then the only job you might be able to get is with Hot Topic and that wouldn't be cool for the future, I don't agree with that but thats the way society works.

I love tattoos -- I have 27 and my daughter age 19 has 6.

However, I personally think that 15/16 is too young. When I look back at what I would have selected for a tattoo when I was 15/16 I am pretty sure I would be regretting it by now.

Because I waited until I was older and yes, more mature, I feel that I have selected tattoos based on my life experiences and I know I will never regret any of them.

I want a tattoo and im turning 16. So no i don't think its wrong. People are going to say your way to young whats the difference, and they will say wait until you're 18. Wow two years!

I dont think so... It is your decision. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion! Im 15 and people think its wrong that i dyed my hair pink! Some people just dont understand. They think ppl do these things 2 get attention or make a statement. If you want another tattoo think about it! Will you still be glad that you got it in 15 years? Its your choice!

Yes I think it is wrong to have a tattoo at 16yrs old. You are so young and you have your whole life ahead of you. As you grow into a young women you may think back and ask why!?!?!? Why did I get this tattoo when I was young? I would wait until you are 18yrs old. Plus I know your parents do not like the ideal of there little girl getting a tattoo . WAITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Didn't you just say "I don't care about what people react to my tattoo"
Why are you wondering??? Go head to have one or more if you like it. It is your body.

No. Just make sure you wont regret it, Stick to something with family or something sentimental. Make sure it has nothing to do with boyfriends or your favorite band, I know kids that have tattoos at 15.

look nowadays everyone gives advice as if they really know what they are talking about, sometimes they've only been around for 15 or 16 years and a few of those years they didn't even know how to clean their butts yet.
if you want to be part of, or belong to the cow or horse family go for it. get branded.
you are probably just another one of those folks that belong to the same family group!!!!
it is very easy to understand everyone!

Naw. I got a 17 yr old and she has 4. They are all in places that are hidden unless she wants to show them.
I know I know thumbs down me people, but I am answering my personal thoughts here.
Her daddy and I have lots probably close to 30 or so between us, and she has been drawing on herself since she could do it. So I had no problem letting her get one. and she has paid for all of them herself, I told her I wouldnt pay for them but I would not tell her NO either. She also did a report at school on them and why she was for them. It was very compelling.
So do what you want kiddo, but remember they are there forever! So dont be stupid!

first off.. did you do it yourself.. cause first off no reputable place will tattoo anyone under 18. by law.

as far as tattoo's they are a personal choice.. though they are permanent and being so young, realize that the stupid stuff you like now.. might not be good for getting a job in 5 years.. 10..

if it's visible it will affect your ability to hold a job.. and you will have to explain the choice.
