I can't seem to focus on mah studies..plzz help?

Well for starters I keep gettin distracted by phone calls,the pc,television...random thoughts...hw can I bring myself to focus on my studies?

Put yourself away from your phone, televeison and especially Computer, and loch yourself in a room and study.

i too get distracted when i am studying
but when i study maths no other thought come to me
create interest in the subject by doing puzzles and other maths problems
this trick always work for me
try it

Shut off the phone and TV and take your Ritalin to help you focus.
