Depends on how long ago this happened. They may report you, because they are supposed to be trusting you. You screwed up that trust. Same as credit cards.

If it happened more than a few months ago, and now you are back in their good graces, you may either check their records, or call their customer service department to see if this was reported.

You can also try getting a new card right now on the Internet. If you are accepted immediately, they must send you some kind of letter advising you of why you were declined. Then they will say which credit bureau had the information that cost you their approval. You can then go to that credit bureau and get a FREE report.

If your cable company reported the delinquency, it will show the account as "current - was 90 days late". The worst level of lateness stays on there but after a while it will fade into history. Old problems cost fewer points than the same problem only last month.

To tell you the truth, very few of you utility bills count towards your credit. Not sure about cable though. Call the customer service desk to see if they are capable of affecting your credit score.

Chances are they didn't report it to the credit bureaus. Get a copy of your credit report and check --AnnualCreditReport.com

If they had sent you to collections, it would be more likely to be on your credit report.

Your credit could be affected now.

The cable company may put a credit limit on your account in future, ehre they will allow you to owe £/$90.00 (for example) before they cut you off.
