They do. They have one in their native language, or they're free to use the English version if they know English, or any other language. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen...you will find the different language sites. They talk about basically the same things that we do on R&S. Everyone has questions about R&S. They are no different.

we aren't "few" , i live in a muslim country and we have a a catogory in yahoo answers too .it is EGYPT!

but we there isn't a versionh in Arabic our native language.

and in here R&S i try to clarify my religion which is highly misunderstood!....ISLAM.

'So I was typing on Yahoo Answers in the Mosque the other day, and the mulla glanced over my shoulder and.....well that is why I had to learn to type with my toes.
