I've noticed that too. I guess everyone is just so defensive because their beliefs are being questioned. Not all questions are bad. I try to remember that when I answer. Some people are just making fun of others, while other people really don't know, and want to find out.

I hope I'm not touchy! I believe wholeheartedly in my Christian faith and I love to share it with others but only if they're interested. I believe that Christianity has the answers for all aspects of life (and death) and I hope to share it joyfully ;o)

Many people tend to think they own the ultimate truth and are desperate to tell others about their ideas and beliefs. We all respect them but most of the times those kind of people are the intolerant ones.

Ive stopped coming here its too fierce for me, I like peace and quiet.

Most people will get defensive when their beliefs are being questioned, it comes with the nature of the debate in this particular section.

Honestly I agree, every one should get pissed, lighten up and just chill and worry about who is wrong and who is right when we are all dead...

Agree. I think the same, I mean, I know it isn't anything to take lightly, but I mean...everyone is acting so sensitive to it nowadays, it's scary!

Because they are probably wary of people poking fun and being disrespectful.
I do feel though that there appears to be very little fun on this particular site.

I haven't been here for very long, but the only people I've seen who are "touchy" so far are the bible-thumpin' Baptists and Born-Again crazies.
