I would like to know for a church taco night i'm doing and i need to know so i can order that much meat.

1.5oz is the correct answer, I believe.

When I was in high school, I worked at Taco Bell, and if I remember correctly, it was 1.5oz ground beef, .75oz lettuce, .25oz cheese. If you want supreme, add .75oz sour cream and .25oz tomatoes.

Usually 100grm minced beef makes for one serving.
Tacos might take a little less.
About 75 grm per taco.

at a restaurant, probably 2 oz. COOKED meat

at home, probably 3-4 oz. COOKED meat


realize cooked weights differ from raw weights.
