there ready in about 30 minutes . i normally stick a folk in middle ,it should be soft and squishy, but the folk should come out clean if not put back in oven for a few more minutes. the brownie should have rose slightly and the top may have cracked. hope is helps xx

I usually use the toothpick test, but it depends whether you're making the fudgy kind or the cakey kind...
I have to really watch mine, though, my oven temp is off, and I haven't bought a thermometer, though.

They should have a crust on top and should be cakey at the bottom.. always press the middle

mmmm yummm!!! If u put a metal spike or prong in and the mixture still sticks to it they need a little longer.

The gooey ones are hard to tell, go by the directions, wing it...tooth pick test is all you can do .Don't over bake.

Jiggle pan... should not jiggle in the center. Sides should be pulled away from pan (assuming you greased the pan).
