Do you mean, "Are the Mexicans going to build a wall so gringos from California cannot go to Mexico?"
They don't have to. There is already a wall along the border to prevent illegal immigration into the United States. American that cross the border into Mexico to spend their money in the hotels, bars, and resorts in Mexico do so at the legal border crossings. Mexico actually needs these individuals coming across the border, as the largest segment of quantifiable legal income in the Mexican border regions (Tijuana, Ensenada, etc.), they represent a significant source of revenue for businesses in these areas.
Don't be ignorant. You think that there is some kind of "invasion" of "gringos" into Mexico, but there is only tourism and trade that benefits Mexico. Why don't you go back to your Chicano Studies program director and ask them to start providing some kind of beneficial education that you can use to enlighten yourself.

No, Mexico is not planning on building a wall in the border.
Gringos from Calif and elsewhere can easily cross the border back and forth legally.
Anyway, where would you get that kind of ideas??..... why dont you better ask if it is true that mexico is sending a man to uranus???

Please do. Take that $20 billion that gets wired to Mexico by people who shouldn't be here, and put it toward a wall. It doesn't matter if Americans go down there, or the Mexicans come up here as far as the money is concerned. The money always flows downhill.

you wouldnt catch me going down there. I would be afraid for my life; they would steal my car, and my money. Let them build up a wall. Their government is so corrupt it is scarry.
