pickup in carpool lane on the bay bridge?

does anyone drive a regular cab pickup, with two people (it has 3rd seatblets) in the carpool lane? The center consol folds down, so it looks like a "two seater"

is it leagle for 2 people?? in utah carpool lane is 2 or more

what if you drive a corvette they only seat 2

2 or more in the truck is ok for car pool, even if it is a 2 seater.
