On top of the raging fires destroying southern california (materialistic) would we have to think of this as those "signs from God" at the end times. Or to Jesus's return, or no?

You can interpret natural disasters however you want. They've been going on for millennia. How about the tsunami a couple of years ago that killed a quarter of a million people? Or the Philippine volcano from the 1800's that caused a mini-Ice age all over the world? So, the answer is, "No, you don't have to think of them as end signs. You can choose to think however you want. Won't make it so."

No. I would think that areas prone to seismic activity are bound to have earthquakes.

Do you have any idea how many earthquakes occur across the globe every single day?

They just had another 7+ quake in Indonesia within the past 24 hours.

Earthquakes are equated with birthing pains to when Our Savior is returning. One might consider that piece of legislation that was signed to indoctoriniate children that alternative lifestyles are acceptable.
