I mean if you take the bible literally, isn't that the offensive truth for non christians?

Perhaps we have misinterpreted what Jesus meant when he said "No one comes to the Father except through me" Perhaps, just perhaps he meant "I escort everyone to the Father". Maybe he was indicating that he is there for EVERYONE, whether they know it or not.

I choose to believe this, as I believe that Jesus (the embodiment of the Christ Spirit), is that part of the God that bridges between the unknowable, Absolute, and humanity.

I don't think it matters what religion you are, everyone meets this loving, Christ spirit when they die.

Explain what? Only God knows where they were spiritually when they died. The Jews are still God's chosen people, so it's really up to Him.
But having said that, yes, Christians believe that Jesus is the only way because that's what Jesus Himself said. "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father but through me." Jesus had no problem offending the religious leaders of His day with what He said and He spoke to non-Jews as well. But it is what it is. You either believe it or you don't. If you are offended by it, then perhaps you need a thicker skin.

We do not know how God orders salvation to ensure that what Jesus said, "I, if I be lifted up, will lift ALL unto Me." is truth. We do know that God WILL keep His word. That being said, those of us who think do NOT worry about our Jewish brothers and sisters who suffered in the Holocaust. They have been the apple of God's Eye a lot longer than we and I for one am absolutely certain that a loving Father will NOT let His children be lost to Him!

which Jewish Holocaust?

There have been several.....like the one performed by Nebuchadnezzar in ancient times.

From a theological perspective, victim status does not bequeath salvation. Faith and/or Grace grant salvation. Noone, not even the Lamb, knows what names are written in the Book of Life, save the Father. At the end times, who knows where the Grace of God will fall, save God alone.

This is what the bible tells us. It also says that the jews are gods chosen people and that a veil is over their eyes.
