if u get a card posted through your door from ''PDS'' {parcel delivery service} suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel and that you need to ring them on 09066611911 DONT this is a premium rate number DO NOT CALL IT . .... if you call the number and you hear a recorded message u will be billed on you phone bill £15 for the call .

if you receive a card with this on (PDS) please contact royal mail fraud .
or visit www.icstis.org.uk (the premium rate service regulator .)

not sure if it is true but i just wanted to make you lot aware of it .

Thank you. It is annoying these things will increase on the run up to Christmas. Sadly I do not believe that the telephone companies are particularly interested, after all it adds to their revenue.
