Why not? If being "born again" is self-declared, you can be born again every day. It could part of a complete breakfast.

I am assuming that you mean that if a "born again" falls away from the faith and no longer believes, then can they be "re-saved"? I dont believe that this could happen. I would argue that they may never had been saved in the first place. But the Bible does address this:
Hebrews 6:4-6
(NIV) It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.
(KJV) For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
(The Message) Once people have seen the light, gotten a taste of heaven and been part of the work of the Holy Spirit, once they've personally experienced the sheer goodness of God's Word and the powers breaking in on us—if then they turn their backs on it, washing their hands of the whole thing, well, they can't start over as if nothing happened. That's impossible. Why, they've re-crucified Jesus! They've repudiated him in public!
People that say you can lose your salvation dont like these verses. It clearly says that IF you could fall away, then you no longer can get your salvation back.

my thoughts, Once a person becomes a born again Christian, they don't need to be re-born again. A person can back slide but what they need to do is go to God pray, confess and repent(turn around from the sinful ways). Paul, said he did the things he did not want to do so as a Christian we will make wrong choices and sin but talk to God about it. He is so patient w/ us and forgiving toward us. If you want scriptures email me, i will look some up.

I think yes. It's called reincarnation. Jesus must have known that our bodies are about 70% water, so this could be the meaning of born again by "water and the spirit".

Believers are born again (regenerated) when they believe (John 3:3; Titus 3:5). For a Christian to lose his salvation, he would have to be un-regenerated. The Bible gives no evidence that the new birth can be taken away.

Beyond being 'born again', all you have to do is sincerely ask for forgiveness if you mess up

Of course. You go through initiation. You're bound and nude as if in the womb...being reborn into the faith into the gods and goddesses. at least...that's my faith.
