I have a scar from a neck surgery that I had to get and everyday I apply vitamin E oil on it, in the morning and at night. It's really faded away now because the vitamin E helps promote growth of new skin cells. It won't hurt your skin and your scar will eventually fade away, just more quickly and more healthy with vitamin E oil.

Mederma is a good product, however, it is really intended for use post-surgery so if you've had these scars for a while it may not work. Your best solution.......Microdermabrasion treatments which progressively abrade away layers of the skin and can help reduce the appearance of your scar. We've been doing Crystal Microdermabrasion treatments since 1996 so we have quite a bit of experience with scar removal and I believe that would be your best option. Good Luck!!! Not really, unless you have some kind of surgery which will probably make it worse. Don't worry about it, it probably gives your face character and is part of who you are. Besides you can always use it as a party piece and explain to peeps how you got it fighting in Nam.

don't worry about it, most people don't judge others by looks and if they do then the hell with them but if you really want to do something about it.
maybe consider one of those laser surgery's. you know the kinda things movie stars do to fix there flaws, however that will probably cost a crap load of money. so if you don't mind then makeup should blend the scar with the skin around it. but I still recommend just leaving it alone.

Use cocoa butter, 100% pure. This comes in a stick. Use everyday 3 times a day it will smooth out. This is natural and takes a while but you have to stick with it. Remember 100% cocoa butter.
