2.) Excersice for 1 hour a day (etc. cardio)

If you are 14, and weigh 205, from your name I'm assuming that you are a male. First off, you need to start excercising for atleast thirty minutes to an hour everyday. Start doing core excercises like push-ups, sit ups and crunches in reps of 20-25 for thirty minutes a day. Pick up some books from your school library on fitness...even the funky looking ones because you'll get some good information from them. Develop a diet for you...something healthy, not that will make you sick. Atkins is a great diet to start out on and you will see immediate results. I lost over 20 pounds in a month doing Atkins, but for a growing child, you'll need something a little more well rounded. If you really want to get in shape, you'll find a way....good luck to you!!

You need more calories out less calories in. Eat healthy foods. Things such as veggies have less calories and more of the things your body needs. Try to eat food in its most natural state. (for example whole grain wheat bread instead of white) Less carbonated drinks like coke, even if they are diet drinks because fake sweetener is not good for your body (do a web search) Start an excercise program. You can start with as little as a 10 minute walk a day or a few times a day then add 5 minutes when you feel like you can but slowly working your way to at least 45 mins. a day. A light weight lifting work out will help to tone and and strengthen muscles, more muscle burns more calories. Just don't try to do it all at once because you will burn out quick and stop. Try the federal food pyramid website they have lots of help can even track your calories that you eat and burn daily.

I lost almost 50 lbs. 2 years ago by eating lean cruseine & smart meals. I drank diet sodas & no bread. The meals filled me up & satisfied me so that I didn't want anything else. After about 3 months I would eat a grilled meat sandwich with 1 slice of bread & a few things like that. Within 7 months I had lost the weight & it was so easy. I'm older than you (won't say how much--but age does make a difference) & it's usually harder the older you are. Stick with it & you'll do it. Remember it does take time.

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.

If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.

I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical and Hoodia. Their results are excellent and fast.

The only way to lose weight is to eat less (calories) and move more. I suggest you seek the advice and council of a doctor first and they can guide you in the right direction as well as monitor you medically. Weight Watchers is another good solution, but again ask your doctor.
